Happy Hens Egg - Return & Refund Policy

At Happy Hens we strive to provide the freshest and highest quality eggs to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your egg subscription, we are here to help.

*Returns*

We do not accept returns of the eggs themselves due to their perishable nature. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled eggs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue at eggs@thehappyhensfarm.com or watsapp to 7676742686.  We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a refund or replacement of the affected items.

*Refunds*

Refunds will be issued in cases where:

- We are unable to fulfill your subscription due to unforeseen circumstances.
- You have been incorrectly billed or charged.
- Quality issues with the delivered eggs have been confirmed and documented.

Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
- Subscription cancellations made after the billing cycle will not be eligible for a refund for that cycle but will cease the future billing and deliveries.

*Cancellation Policy*

You can cancel your subscription at any time by mailing us to eggs@thehappyhensfarm.com. If you've been billed for an upcoming delivery before canceling, that delivery will still be fulfilled, and the subscription will cease thereafter.
